How do I place an order?

There are four easy ways to order:

  1. Order Online: go to the product you are interested in, then click on the ordering information link. To add an item to your shopping cart, click on the shopping cart icon.
  2. You can print out an ordering form and mail it to us.
  3. You can print out an ordering form and fax it to us.
  4. You can also call our toll free customer service number: 800.560.5670 from 8am - 5pm PST Monday through Friday.

Can I order online even if I am paying for products with a purchase order?

Yes, if you are a school in the US or Canada, you can pay by purchase order. When ordering online, there are a number of billing options, one of which is “Pay with Purchase Order.”


Can I try out a product first, before deciding to buy it? I want to make sure it is appropriate for my students, and I have a limited classroom budget to buy such software.

Yes, if you are affiliated with a US or Canadian educational institution, we would be pleased to provide you with a fully functional copy of any of our products for a 30-day free evaluation. Please go through the online ordering process, and, under billing options, select the “Preview” box. You can also call us at 800.560.5670 to request a preview.


What if I don’t like the product I ordered?

Learning in Motion products are created with our customers in mind. If you are not completely satisfied with the products you receive from us, you may return them for exchange or a full refund. Simply return the product with a note indicating your preference of exchange or refund and explaining why the product did not meet your needs. (Your comments are always appreciated!)


What if I lose the product or it becomes damaged?

If your Learning in Motion product becomes lost or damaged in any way, we will replace it free—no questions asked—as long as the product is available.


I hate giving my credit card information over the Internet. Is your online store secure, and are there other ways I can purchase products?

Yes, our online store is on a secure site. You are also welcome to call customer service at 800.560.5670 any time between 8am-5pm PST. You can also print out and fax or mail an ordering form.


What do I do if I can’t get the software to install, or, once I install it I can’t get it to work correctly?

First, follow the step-by-step installation instructions in the User’s Guide or Teacher’s Manual provided with each product. If the product still doesn’t work or install properly, or if you have questions about the instructions, call our customer service toll-free at 800.560.5670. They are available Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm PST, to help troubleshoot any problems you might have.
